This survey asks about wages and self-employment income separately. In some cases, it may not be clear to you where earnings you received should be reported. Please just use your best judgement about this, but please do NOT report the same earning more than once. Remember to include earnings from ALL jobs, even if they are not related to your degree or certificate. Please do NOT include sources of income other than employment, such as alimony, child support, social security, disability or unemployment compensation.
Did you receive any wages, salary, tips, overtime pay, bonuses, or commissions from an employer in 2014?
Think about the job you held the longest during 2014. In total, how much did you earn from that employer, before taxes and other deductions, in 2014?
Now think about all OTHER jobs you held during 2014. In total, how much did you receive from all other employers, before taxes and other deductions, in 2014? If you had no additional jobs, please enter a zero.
